formation, we have been a leader in preparing customized medications

F.N.A.0, is a Columbus Ohio-based optical retailer which has been

the first floor of The Eye Center in December 2005.

agency that strives to open greater opportunities for sight restoration.
The Eye Bank recovers and prepares human donor corneas for transplant
surgeries, and plays a vital role in advancing both eye research
and physician education. Contributions from private donors and
Lions Clubs help us maintain the high quality and state-of-the-art
technology that are the hallmarks of the Eye Bank’s accredited
laboratory. As a unique community resource, we are proud to partner
